Meet Maria

The makeup artist behind Luz Beauty.

I’ve been doing makeup professionally for over 10 years, and what started as something I loved doing has turned into a career I never could have imagined. I’ve worked in everything from special events and red carpet to commercial, editorial, music videos, on-camera, and bridal.

Along the way, my work has taken me to some pretty incredible places. Getting to travel, meet so many different people, and do what I love for a living is something I’ll never take for granted.

And a little about me outside of work: I love traveling, probably (definitely) drink way too much matcha, I’m currently trying to learn Italian, and when I’m home you can usually find me at a hot Pilates class.
